You will remember well the roller coaster that was the lockdown. Whilst a terrible time in so many ways, it did give us the opportunity to indulge ourselves with a little experimentation and us time. This, as many of you will know, led to a range of new menu items at HP as we sought to navigate the pandemic.

We absolutely loved creating new dishes and sharing them with you.

Unfortunately the eclectic nature of our creations proved a little too much as HP emerged, blinking its eyes, to the new normal. We therefore returned to a more manageable offering at HP. It does seem a terrible shame to leave all those tasty ideas behind…..

May we present Mrs Hanky Panky’s Curry Club - a voyage of discovery, bringing together the cuisine of India with a few European twists.

A wonderful combination of east and west, not unlike Mr and Mrs HP. The evening will be hosted by a frisky Mrs HP, dressed to impress, guiding you through the range of dishes, explaining how they came to be as Mr HP returns to his old cheffy ways that won Mrs HP’s heart all those years ago.

The plan is to hold this indulgent special event once a month, a little get together for those who enjoy their curry with a Mrs HP twist. A set menu, which will explore the tasty possibilities which exist when south India pops up in north west England.
