All coffees are hand roasted on their vintage roasters and packed in their state-of-the-art packing facilities.

Backford Belles use milk from their very own Jersey herd to make their luxury ice cream. Using their own milk ensures they know exactly where it has come from and they can be sure the welfare of the cows producing our milk is excellent. Their cows are milked daily and the milk is taken directly from the milking parlour to their small production area where it is pasteurised and turned into tasty ice cream within hours. ​
